As I walked from Newtown Station to the Enmore Theatre the streets were filled with Sticky Fingers merch wearing loud and hyped lads. In the line to pick up the tickets, the atmosphere already appeared to be buzzing – Hayley from The Jezabels and I were hoping our names were on the door, chatting and laughing – trying to move swiftly to ensure we weren’t to miss any of the action going on inside.
Splendour In The Grass is right around the corner, the mud so close you can practically feel it clinging to your skin after the long days of going hard as fuq in the mosh pits.
